Courts should end Trump’s deployment of troops to cities

The National Guard soldier who was killed, and her fellow guardsman who was grievously wounded in a shooting attack near the White House, paid a tragic price for President Trump’s wrongful and unnecessary deployment of Guard members to cities run by Democrats.
